When you’re ready to travel again, we’re here to support you. Your safety, as well as the safety of our employees and partners, have always been our top priority, which is why new physical distancing and hygiene regulations have been put in place on all of our tours.
We also understand that this is an ever-changing situation with different regulations across multiple regions. We remain committed to closely monitoring the situation and will adjust at-will to meet the expectations of our customers and regulations of the government and national park service.
All our tours strictly follow the parameters set by WHO and the Government of India as well as leading health experts to minimize any rise of Covid-19 infection during your journey.
We stringently follow preventive measures which will be as below:
- All the staff at our partner hotels, guides & chauffeurs have been instructed to maintain social distancing at all times wherever possible.
- RT-PCR Negative Test Report with a Swab collection time stamp of not more than 72 hours prior would be required from the guests as per the state travel guidelines wherever applicable.
- In addition to being experts in your region’s culture, history and wildlife, your guides are fully versed in your destination’s health regulations and have been vaccinated. On a ‘Privately Guided Tour’, the guide accompanying you can also be tested before the tour begins upon request.
- Your guides will forego shaking hands when saying hello, and you’ll experience no-contact check-in/check-outs at most of our partner hotels and dining arranged to allow for plenty of space from other guests.
- Our vehicles will be sanitized and disinfected daily in order to significantly reduce the spread of bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.
- Wearing a mask is required in vehicles, indoor spaces, and outdoor spaces where physical distancing is not possible. While we encourage you to bring your masks, a supply will be on hand where needed. Your guide will authorize when not wearing a mask is acceptable such as in open situations when social distancing can be implemented.
- Temperature and health screening will be carried out for both staff and guests in line with government guidelines.
