Kaziranga National Park is situated on the banks of Brahmaputra River and most blessed wildlife sanctuaries in India and is home to the Great Indian One Horned Rhinoceros and the only place in the country to see them. The park has also been termed as ‘Important Bird Area’ for conservation of the avifaunal species. You may see about 26 rarest species of birds here which are in the endangered category.
